Objective:
Increase the number of Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish visitors to the region

Description:
Step 1: In depth personal expert interviews with 30 leading Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish tour operators about how they thought the region should market itself in Scandinavia

Step  2: Based on input from the tour operators and views from the region a 3 year product based  strategic marketing plan  was made.
